Bought it for my home. The suction power is decent as far as the mopping function is concerned. However the portable vacuum option is not so effective.

Also the proprietary tineco branded cleaning solution is very expensive, along with the replacement roller and the hepa filter, all are highly overpriced.

It is expensive in long run, the company should consider bringing down the price of the cleaning solution and the spare parts.

The overall convenience is good, however it is not able to clean the borders since the cover of the revolving brush comes in between the wall and the brush. Charge retention is good. Clean water capacity is less which means you have to refill a couple of times depending upon the size of the floor to be cleaned. However a great alternative if you want to keep your house spic and span with ease.

This is my first cordless vacuum cleaner, it's very comfortable to use in one hand, The fittings and the extension pipes are light weight.
There is no much noise when we use it on auto mode. Little bit noisy once set to full power.
The battery life is also very good. It was running for almost an hour in auto mode.
The wallmount looks really cool.
It has 2 filters, both are easyily removable and cleanable.
It is easy to clean the dustcan as well.
Overall a really good product, comfortable to use.

Only thing which is missing with S5 Combo is an wet extension for hard to reach areas, which are very less by the way.

After using the Tineco Floor One S3 for several months, you don't want to use anything else. Not even the vacuum. It is addictive once you get used to it. It has it's learning curve, but once you understand all its functions you will not, and let me repeat that... You will not want to use a mop ever again. If you think your floors are kept clean, wait until you use this machine.

Pros: There are so many... I will be really brief.
It does everything as advertised
Simple to clean and maintain
No mess
Comes with 2 rollers and 2 filters.
Great customer service
Well thought.

Although, it is a great machine, it has very few drawbacks. Remember, it is addictive?Well...

Cons:
The battery. Since it is lightweight the battery is the heaviest part of it, there for its autonomy.
Depending on how dirty or clean are your floors and how big your house is perfect for 550 sq ft at once
It takes at least 1.5h — 2 hours to charge before you can use it again. Big house, long wait.
The auto-cleaning process consumes a lot of battery and it is heavily recommended you clean it immediately or it will start to smell.

In my opinion, it'll be perfect if, the charge time was faster and/or you could exchange the battery for continuing use.

Product has rusted after only a few usage. We kept the machine in a dry storage room and we are shocked to find it dead in a short time frame. From what I can see this is clearly an oversight with the charging design, leaving the charging port in the air will inevitably lead to the build up of moisture. A product of this pricing should not be having issues such as this.

Good concept and has good suction power for how light it is. Fairly easy to manoeuver. They provide extra roller and filter, which was useful. I was impressed and happy with the purchase, in that it was a good timesaver for everyday/light cleaning of the kitchen and floors. I was bragging to my wife about how smart I am in finding the perfect cleaning tools. It does clean pretty well, but not the right product for thorough/heavy duty scrubbing of course (for instances, spots of extra dried up cheesy sauces would need manual cleaning even after taking this to task at max power). I used it regularly/every day for a few weeks for about 20-30 mins a day (basically until the batteries drained or I'd have to change either of the tanks more than two times). And that's when the troubles began. First, I noted the power wasn't as good as out of the box. I'd anticipated this loss, but definitely not within weeks. Second, there would be drops of water around the cleaning zone. Third, it then started leaking out of the clean water tank zone and water would pool on the base of the cleaner. I was religious about following the instructions and I'd clean most of the parts and the dirty water tank after each use. I'd also wash the roller and make sure no debris was collecting anywhere that could hamper operations. Note that the stick in resting position tilts forward at an angle. So if there's water in the clean water tank or perhaps even thr DWT, then it appears the design of this thing is prone to leaking at some point.

Long story short, if someone picky like me who keeps their tools in order will see loss in function and a failure to tightly hold the water within weeks of usage, then I'd say either I got a flawed unit or the design/engineering itself is flawed.

I really wanted to like this. I need something like this. I'm going to reach out to the manufacturer and see if they have suggestions. I will update if they prove to be helpful. Disappointed in how much it cost and that my wife has started to mock me for being so happy about the purchase earlier.

I have no idea how it happened and the customer service hasn’t got back to me yet. Now I just feel heart broken seeing my floor like this. I hope the problem can be resolved so that I can continue to use it. I really like it other than the damages to my floor.... very complicated feelings.
