Product Description

SS: No, no, no, let me explain clearly how this works. A man or a woman, whom we will call our ‘performer of the night’, comes onto the stage wearing nothing but underwear. He waves to a hundred thousand people who are watching their webcams observing his each and every move. They are whom we will call our ‘viewers of the night’. And then the performer enters the iron cage and our staff lock the cage from outside. He then douses himself with highly flammable unleaded A-1 kerosene – that’s jet fuel. All those who are watching via the webcams, their hearts are now beating very fast. A countdown starts: Ten, nine, eight, seven, six, five, four, three, two, one … and performer lights himself on fire! Within a fraction of a second, the blue flames engulf his whole body. He cries horrendously with intolerable pain as the raging conflagration rips off his skin, corrodes his flesh, melts his bones, and burns his meat-bag being further out of existence with every passing second. He runs around, in extreme pain, but collides with the cold-rolled steel bars of the cage he is locked in. This pyro-show goes on until the performer’s fully burnt, lifeless body falls to the ground. His corpse makes a few rapid aftershock movements before going completely still … That, my friend, is our show “The Burning Man”, and it’s the most-viewed and highest-growing entertainment show on our portal “Death by Crowd”. It’s available pay-per-view every Thursday night at 8 PM Eastern.

Interviewer: Wow. A man setting himself on fire and burning down to ashes within seconds. That must be a soul-shaking experience for any viewer. And all these viewers, thousands of viewers you say, they pay a fee to watch this performer burn himself?

SS: Yes, they do. It's a pay-per-view show…

”Time Crawlers was my favorite. I know… that’s the short story that gave the book it’s name. But seriously the concept of that story made me think about life, past, present and future and I just loved that.” ~ Jessica

”Damn Good! The author takes us through a roller-coaster ride of a breath-taking narrative. Considering how vast the field of science fiction is, he weaves some mean tales.” ~ Shatarupa”
