I particularly liked the fact that she gives space to siblings, parents and relationships in her book. As teenagers grow in an era of Facbook and Twitter, it is important for them to realise the importance of human contact, touch and relationship. She brings these facets beautifully in her book.
To end, I would like to share a quote from the Book, "You dont have to wait to grow out of your teen years to start feeling confident and to stop struggling." The book is loaded with many such insights.
I would recommend this book to every parent who has a teenager or a pre-teenager. May be, even read it together with their teens and share their own personal experiences.
