Excellent Book with interesting recipes covering Juices, salad to meal prep, I have given 3 stars because the book I received is missing 40 pages, I didn’t initiate return as I am not sure whether the replacement will have missing pages, looks like a printing problem. Seller is Amazing buy, for the content I would give five stars. Better buy kindle version
I never experienced such a tast of well-being. Those pics are of just salads I prepared but there are all categories of foods in this golden book. I could clearly feel the lightness and energy by the dishes. I never cooked in my 27 years of life but I became a healthy cook after. As it taking care of me I’m enjoying the cooking ; )
Excellent book, in the world of cooking different kinds of dishes to give different tastes, we are attracted to the toungue but forgot what we are eating, how we are eating and what that dish makes our system. This book reminds our grandmother kitchen secrets that what wr have to eat actually for our well being. Thank you sadhguru.
a good book for vegetarians or those who like vegeterian food. Has an air of simplicity about how the recipes are laid out and explained. No great cooking skills are required and average cooks like me can enjoy these recipes also. Some exposure to south indian food and affinity towards it would make you fall in love with these recipes more though its not mandatory.it helps one to move towards a simpler life or it can if one gives it a chance :-0
Helped change my understanding of food. Drastically different from what we cook at home and the ingredients we pick. Switching slowly to this book's recipes. Wife happy, these recipes are faster than the way we usually cook.
I can't comment on the recipes because I got this for my mother, but they're probably great! The book arrived early and in great condition and had an extra dust jacket, with the title hand-written on it in gold glitter along with some symbols. Super cute :)
It's a Great Book, A simplified explanation and covers a wide range of food ranges: salad, teas, Gruels, Gain food, Curries, Subzis, Kuzhambus, Dinners, Tiffins, Chutneys, Snacks, Sweets & Protein Punch !!!
As the aim of the book is to provide Traditional & healthy food, I was expecting the benefits of each dish will be explained. But for my surprise, it's not there.
