About the Author

Sheila Dhir is a renowned Indian author who is known for writing and illustrating children's books.

Another notable publication by Sheila is Why Are You Afraid to Hold My Hand?, which is a book she wrote about how we need to give extra care and attention to kids with special needs. She has also authored a book called Gandhi, which is a book in Braille and was written for the National Association for the Blind. This publication won her the Public Relations Society Award in 1984.
