My previous Panasonic cordless worked well for almost 5 years !! it is still ok but its rubber buttons are very hard now and takes lot of pressure to work, hence I brought this moto cordless as a replacement.as mentioned in earlier reviews, looks like charger has been replaced with some duplicate one, box was not sealed-be careful as charger pin is of a unique kind, its like rj11 connector but pin shifted to left.(see photograph )- strangely, i couldn’t find any mention of this model on official Motorola website-sound is bit low , not very low, I used melody 7 at max volume which is goodGood pointsVery stylishShiny black finishGood backlight and displayLots of additional features and customization .Manual provided is very helpful
