About the Author
Husna is the principal architect at Fulcrum Studio, a design playing field she conceived a decade ago. She paints with light and tangos with the rainbow. Her tryst with the publishing world began when she set off on a mission to fulfil her grandmother's dream of creating a book on Cutchi Memon cuisine. Having secured a publishing house for her grandmother, one day she received a phone call from HarperCollins inquiring into whether she would like to work on a spin-off on the traditional format. Two trips to Delhi, sixty-nine sketches, seven hundred and fourteen writing hours, nine edits and a whole pregnancy later, spice sorcery has finally been birthed.

must have in the cookbook repertoire
My mother in law is a big fan of the book and has been cooking a recipe from the book everyday for the past 2 weeks.
The recipes are easy to follow and the results are excellent. The Kutchi Memon cuisine is a new favourite in our household and we have this book to thank for it.
