Product used by someone and was sent as replacement item without cleaning.

Replacement item was of poor quality than the first version.. Poor audit and packaging.

No quality check done, sent without quality audit.. Pathetic.

Second item(replacement item) was of poor quality as some. one used it for many days before he/she returned. First item (original) had issues with loose sole and poor finishing on make.

They r circulating material available in the store room so that they can save logistics and delivery cost :(
