Not your traditional business leadership book

This book immediately drew me in with its unconventional approach. This is not your typical dry tome about business leadership (with all due respect to the dry tomes out there). This book offers a fresh approach for female business leaders to identify their unique strengths and income-generating possibilities, providing new language and ways for us to lead our businesses with ease and profitability. No traditional male models here - this is a safe space for women to examine alternative leadership paradigms that are a much better fit for who we are.

I identified as a Divine Feminine, but it was also good to see that I had other leadership elements present in my style that rounded out who I was as a leader. I went to business school and have worked in corporate environments, but I never fit into standard definitions of leadership and felt frustrated by that. This book helped me to understand why, and gave me room to celebrate my strengths.

This is also a visually stunning book that can be enjoyed in any section order - you can read it from begining to end, zero in on a section that piques your interest, or jump around. It's so fun! And incredibly insightful and affirming. Highly recommend it and I'm looking forward to reading it again and again and sharing it with other friends.

I am beyond impressed by how in depth this book is along with how beautiful it is. Priscilla Stephan defines leadership as contribution and states the point that dreams and business don't create fulfillment, alignment does. This book will allow you to understand yourself better and how you want to show up in the world and align your business. Priscilla has created a quiz to help you define your archetype which will allow you to focus on your strengths, and help you create your most authentic self and business. My archetypes were Visionary with Divine Feminine and going through this book, it gives you everything you need to know from marketing, to business tools, to team leadership. I cannot say enough good things and like it so much, along with the Kindle purchase, I am going to make the hardcover purchase as I want it as permanent fixture in my library. I promise it is unlike any other business book you have bought. It brings soulfulness to business, along with practical tips along with customization for you based on what your Archetype is. I highly recommend it!

In this guide, Priscilla identifies five major archetypes, delivers a detailed explanation of each type (I felt really seen as I read about mine), and then gives recommendations for how to run your business in alignment with your archetype... everything from business model and offerings to marketing and teams.
I highly recommend this book if you've been struggling, or even just occasionally frustrated, with running your business.
