Ultimate picture quality and sound.i just give 4stars due to sony install this 32inch tv on 24inch small tv mount which is not provide any space to plug a pendrive.overall product is good and value for money.

No installation/demo even after almost 96 hours

I am writing this review for the second time. I dont know where should I go. My reviews are getting rejected by Amazon whereas Sony has been negligent so far. Worst ever service. It's been the 4th day since its delivery and there is no response from either Sony or Amazon. I am completely helpless. I have scheduled installation after 48 hrs of no response from Sony. Even the schedule is gonna expire soon but no response. I just wanna convey a message to future customers that Sony might be the best brand in televisions but its service is worst among all.

Very poor after sales service by Sony. Even after 3 working days no installation.
Sony don't have their own team but asks local retailers / technicians to do installation. Obviously those people are least interested. Not expected from such a big brand.

i just brought it today.
picture quality is not full HD but its okay.
one of th ebiggest issue is MP4 video format is not working only MVK is working.
and SOUND quality is average!
You can get better tv on this price tag! but not ofcourse.

Very poor sound quality. Sound is cracking. Picture quality is not good.

This set is not functioning well, since picture color is fading after a few minutes. Requested to Neosa Electronics(Sony Service Centre) for observation butfailed to convince them about the quality of picture. Then contacted Toll Free No and lodged a complaint but till such time there is no communication from the Seller / Manufacturer. From my experience the product appears to have some manufacturing defects.
