Also the character of sita is inspiring and the tale told leaves us awed and entertained.
Takes us to the realms of myths converting to real possibilities and makes us realise the strengths and depth of each characters.
And even though we know the Mythology by heart, amish has skilfully made it to make us feel the moments on the edge, with suspense and thrill.
Wonderful book for pop culture mythologies.
I finished this book within a fortnight. It was good read, better than first book 'Scion of Iskvayu'. It indeed brings out many characteristics of Sita's upbringing in new light.
The book delivered by Amazon was well packaged, received a good quality book, nice font size, lightweight
Just like his other books, Amish makes you care about the characters.
Despite being mythological characters, he makes them "human"
He does have some twists (The cliff hanger was predictable as in "who", not "why" - for which need to wait for the next book)
I was surprised that this time it is going to be 4 book series, not trilogy. But the way he writes, I don't mind. More the merrier.
I have never seen a book written in series with so much repetition, felt like writer did not have anything new to add on in this book so he picked up from previous book. I am big fan of Amish writing but this was disappointing
Now, the best thing about this book is this is the story of sita which was never depicted in this way. The character of Lady Sita is not only a great administrator but also a very brave fighter. Also this book is as entertaining as it's first part(better at some places) every mythological fiction lover must read this. HAPPY READING.
If you're Mytho Fan as me then Don't think for a second Go for it and if you're not then Read it. It will broaden your Mind.
The story is so we'll narrated that if you read the Scion Of Ikshwaku you can definitely see it parallel.
Ashram part, The ruling of kindom and Jatayu Part was the one great story.👌
Really Awesome Amazing book.❤️
