This book of his has a good storyline developed over 6 'takes' (a la movies), modelled around the life of a popular Bollywood star (called Ashok Banjara - still AB you see :-) and with 2-3 parody film storylines starred by AB added, with regular dose of gloss & gossip thrown in and a good dose of humour too, with characters whose name 'ring' familiar (though original names are not used one can guess who each is, by their 'sounds' - Kulbushan & Ashwin his father & brother, Maya his wife, Radha Sabnis the columnist (with a long nose & angular features, writing as The Cheetah & bitching around a lot - you know who!), Mehnaz Elahi his mistress (probably a mash up of 2 known actresses of AB times, often linked with him), Pranay his antagonist villain colleague from Bollywood) excellent writing style at par with some of the best intl authors - surely a highly recommended read!
