This is a great little book that asks 155 excellent questions that really get you thinking. I've been a fan of the author's work for some time now and this is one of the best books I have read in her collection. I really liked the layout of the book and how the questions are divided up over categories.
You'll find the questions here:
We all have questions that need to be answered in any one of these categories. Barrie has delivered a set of great questions that get us thinking about how to improve our lives. I found asking questions to myself to be a method of "self^therapy" and even after, was asking more advanced quetssions about the conditions that I was facing the most trouble with.
An example of some of these excellent questions are:
-- How am I living outside of my inegrity?
-- What are my weaknesses?
-- How am I unnecessarily complicating my life?
-- What goal or dream have I given up on and why?
-- What specific actions can I take to reduce overwhelm and stress?
-- How passionate do I feel about my job?
-- How much money is enough for me?
-- Do I like and love myself?
-- What do I keep doing that limits my success?
As you can see, the wiestions hone in on a problem area that we all may be facing. These problems are not all happening at the same time but, when they do happen, it is great to know we can always question the situation and our role in the crisis.
I would definitely recommend this book for the value and insight it offers. I like a book that gets you thinking and the 155 questions you find here will have you practicing your own questions in no time.
