Succesful people apply these ideas almost automatically. I believe, full and consistent application of any of these ideas could give us what we want yet we seem to get blocked from putting these to practice for as long as to form a habit.
The Sedona Method is outstanding as it addresses to remove those the blocks that don't let us move forward in spite of our intentions. I am so grateful to Lester Levenson for discovering and sharing such a simple process of letting go. I am very impressed by Hale Dwoskin who so is so hale & hearty.
Since I started reading and applying the process, i could see subtle changes like i have become more aware of when I feel over-whelmed/ anxious or unresourceful, i then simply Let Go of my Wants & feelings to experience immediate relief. I just 1 month, i could also see some bigger Gains(as they call it) like restructuring of my Loan and ease at work.
I highly recommend this book to anyone who wants to simplify the success principles. Most of us have read and known that we are God's beast creation and capable to create the life that we want. The Sedona Method not only points out that emotional states being to control us , it shows an effective and easy was to release those emotions and experience Freedom.
Our Logical Left Brained Thinking could actually doubt the efficacy of the process of asking simple repetitive questions to be of any benefit………..….Yet it works really fast and at a very deep level.

Unfortunately that's the common "weakness" with self help books, they are only as good as the PERSON USING THEM. If you don't put it to use in your life, IT CAN'T HELP YOU. However, if you're willing to put in some effort, this book will give you HUGE rewards.
The same goes for another life changing book, "Tapping The Healer Within" by Roger Callahan. This book is very dry, written for the professional, but the upside is you really don't need to read those parts of it, skip over them & turn to the chapters on USING the algorithms. Treat those parts as a reference book, and whenever you're dealing with something, turn to the appropriate page & Voila, your issue is GONE in minutes, NEVER to return! You can't ask for more than this, it's the "holy Grail" of self help!
Best of luck on your path, use these 2 books & find yourself in a MUCH HAPPIER, EASIER life in no time.
That said, I have modified it for myself to make it even more effective, but the original method itself is still excellent for just about anyone who learns and applies it properly.
What I do not feel is right about it, though, is how it's been publicly presented and represented. The actual "Sedona Release Method" training was developed by Virginia Lloyd of Sedona, AZ, the head instructor at the Sedona Institute in the 80s and 90s. She was Lester's partner who trained Hale Dwoskin, other teachers, and thousands of other students in the courses she developed.
Despite what appears to be at least 90% plagiarism of Virginia's original materials, it's still a good read and a well-written book for the most part. I'd probably give it either four or five stars if Hale had properly honored and respected, Virginia, his teacher. But only three stars for apparently throwing her under the bus and never acknowledging her for her contribution, much less compensating her anything for her 17 or so years of dedicated hard work in creating, refining and teaching the "Sedona Release Method" (the original name that she herself coined), along with the various advanced emotional clearing/releasing courses she developed and taught.
If I'm mistaken, and he has since acknowledged her, then that's great. He should update his books and website with this information.
Hale makes his full-time living off these courses, as do others. And there's nothing wrong with that, but the least he can do is honor the real developer of the course and his original teacher who taught him how to release his emotions and who personally trained him to be a teacher of this method. It certainly wasn't Lester. That's pure marketing myth as far as I'm concerned.
Lester basically taught "advaita", "love", and various spiritual "tips" (i.e. 'get everything from releasing only') as his spiritual "method"... much as you'll find in the original, suppressed book "Keys to the Ultimate Freedom." That's an excellent book, but I feel Hale has made a very conscious decision to suppress it and chop up it up into his own book series "Happiness is Free and It's Easier Than You Think" which includes a lot of needless and distracting commentary. He should just republish the original Lester "Keys" book as-is. It's a great book. He need not waste people's time and money by turning it into five books with his own spin on it. Let Lester's words speak for themselves.
To my knowledge, Lester did not teach a single "Sedona Release Method" course. EVER. Not once. Definitely not while Virginia was with the Institute. But Lester did put out other helpful teachings in his various live classes, which got recorded on audios and videos.
We live in a mostly male-dominated society that is often disrespectful of women. I'd love to see the current teachers acknowledge the true roots of this wonderful, simple and powerful method for accepting and releasing emotions. Rather, in large part, I've found Virginia's original method has often been greatly misunderstood, mistaught, bastardized and misused (used to bully, coerce, brainwash and financially 'suck' from others) by various teachers for personal purposes that appear to include a lust for greed and power, instead of from a deep and sincere desire to uplift and enrich their students.
Having been personally taught this method by Virginia herself in a live class -- versus when I was taught this method by two of the current main teachers, including Hale -- all I can say is it is a dramatic, night-and-day difference. Virginia teaches it about 100 times more effectively and with incredible finesse, as she guides students extremely lovingly and intuitively (never rote, cookie-cutter or robotically), because she knows it inside-out and backwards and applies incredible heart to it. Again, she developed it, so it's an actual extension of her. But, barring being lucky enough to learn it from Virginia herself in her original, live, two-weekend training format (if you could somehow coax her to do it again), I guess the Sedona Method by Hale is a pretty decent alternative. I won't comment on the "other guy" teaching it, but I was told by a good source that he was never actually trained by Virginia to be an instructor, so I'm sure he's just doing the best he knows how as her former student.
So Hale, maybe it's time to pull up those feelings of resistance that keep you from publicly acknowledging your true, original, "Sedona Release Method" teacher so you can finally do the right thing and set the record straight. What do you think? Are you up for it?
