There's this energy that you get everytime you read the book.
I would recommend it to everyone but esp to someone struggling with something, it really is inspiring and helpful
The book is okay, but it's a tough read for the people who can't find their motivation by reading like me.
It's an average book with an awful lot of text on the techniques to lead a healthy and happy life through some simple strategies etc.
