Picture quality:-
The picture quality is outstanding for a edgelit TV. It uses a pls panel not VA so if you're after those inky blacks that is not there but I am fine with the pls panel used it's perfectly fine and has decent contrast ratio and good viewing angles. The HDR is decent the colour volume and colour gamut are very good. The picture looks punchy and you can have it look more accurate. The most important quality is the out of the box colour settings are very good. There is very less light bleed which is completely normal infact I did not notice it untill I started testing it. The brightness is around 500 to 550 nits( correction its actually 760 nits full field and 800 nits peak well you can check it out in display specification site and I also did the Vesa HDR test so ya brightness is around 750 nits which is crazy) for this tv. It supports HDR 10 and 10+ no Dolby Vision. So if you are a fan of Dolby Vision then hard luck but just remember that entry-level TV's don't do Dolby vision justice as they don't have the brightness nor the fald backlighting so actually it's a moot point . The upscaling is just unbelievable it is truly next-gen. Fantastic upscaling of 720p and 1080p video. It's far better than my 27 in HDR monitor lg27 UK 650. Just remember that it's a pls panel not VA 😂 and Samsung support and engineers will have you believe it's VA but at 43" it's not I've uploaded the macro shot of pixels of this tv, compare it online you will know. The colour gradient handling is good infact I did not see any colour banding, there is virtually no dirty screen effect so sports and games look good. When watching movies or anything just turn off ai picture features and auto motion plus so that there is no soap opera effect or else movies will look like some series or hindi serial but if you are fine keep it on. There is no stuttering but there is slight judder but you won't notice it at this size. The response time is around 5 to 10 mili seconds so there is some motion blur in very fast moving scenes. You can get rid of that using auto motion plus but it makes things look like a soap opera. Some people like the effect some don't. So overall the picture quality is fantastic.
Smart features :-
It's a smart tv comes with tizen os the remote is good has dedicated Netflix and Amazon prime buttons you can side load most important apps.
The remote can act as a universal remote it controls my xbox one x also . You can watch content from your phone on the tv and use Google home 🏡 also as well as Amazon Alexa. So the smart features of this tv are above average.
PC mode:-
The PC mode is good either you can plug in keyboard and mouse and use the tv for browsing the internet or use a dedicated laptop or pc. I use my pc for the connection. It supports 720p, 1080p 1440p and native 4k at 60fps it also supports true 4k but I hardly use it. To get chroma 4:4:4 at 10bit @60 hz you need to turn on input signal plus on the tv through external device manager on which ever HDMI port you are using for PC. PC mode and Game mode can be turned on together the input lag is very low it's around 9 to 11 mili seconds. So gaming and using it as a pc monitor is fun.
Gaming:-
I went for this tv because I wanted to use it as a monitor and also use it for gaming and watching movies. The input lag is low as I mentioned gaming is really fun there is allm( auto low latency mode) so my xbox one x detects that by default and also game enhancer is something that I felt was really good for gaming specially on my PS4 pro. So in general it's a good tv 😉 for gaming. Now there is no point in getting a tv with full array local dimming for my kind of use because in pc and game modes the local dimming is disabled in all tvs. So it's only usefull if you are a videophile and you got the tv only for watching movies.
Voice recognition:-
For voice recognition you can use Bixby which is okay not great but you have Google ai and Alexa so that is cool.
Sound :- The sound of this tv is very serviceable so I suggest you get a sound bar. It has arc and optical out so you can get really good sound. I have a year old Yamaha sound bar so the sound you get from the sound bar is good. It also gives you options to connect bluetooth speakers or headphones or soundbar. You can get Dolby Atmos on headphones via the xbox one x through the tv and also via the pc on the tv when connected via headphones.
Conclusion:-
This tv is better than most TV's below it's price point in india and is also better than most TV's that are at the same price point or slightly above it. It's better than the q60t in general and I think it's better that Sony x800h because of the support for Bluetooth audio, multiple resolution support and warranty of 2years on the panel and one year on all the parts at no extra cost.
Note:- My panel may vary from yours in key points like light bleed, banding, clouding and blooming ( dirty scrern effect). So please understand that these shortcomings may be there in some panels of the same model. That's all that comes to my mind I'll add things that I missed out later.
