I have purchased J7 Max on 16.05.2018 and yesterday i.e. 14.04.2019 it got stopped of its own. Entire night I have put under charging but all in vain. I think this is a sub standard product I have got it from Amazon.In the year 2016, I had purchased a Galaxy J7 from Chroma Store next to our office. Still It is working fine. No problem at all. Now I have to rush to Samsung Center for repair. I do not know what will happen to my Data and backup.
