Poor Product plus awful customer service by Samsung

The display has gone bad just within 2 months. The Samsung Service Centre guys are claiming that the display is broken due to internal impact. The Phone looked like a brand new phone with no signs of wear and tear, physical scratch or damage but the guy in the service center claimed that the display would have broken due to environmental pressure and this cannot be covered in warranty. The Samsung customer service center was equally poor in treating the customer and what they do at best is read some scripted empathizing statements and conclude that service center's decision is sacrosanct. So basically by INR 13000 is gone in 2 months.
Samsung is planning to wind-off from mobile business soon in a year or two. So their product and customer service getting nose-dived is not surprised. Better dont go for Samsung phones any more...
