Worth the price; performance is great

Bought it only for simulators which require frequent and huge data reads. Regular games and other application are fine on an HDD. Before you buy, do consider the application you are planning to use it for. You don't need a Ferrari if you are gonna be driving at 50 kmph on the expressway.
The 860 Evo Works smooth and data read/writes are consistently fast (which is pretty obvious). The difference in performance (HDD vs SSD) is perceptibly huge, and stutters (resource [texture] loading) are gone. Your mileage will vary based on the application you are using it for (MS Office or watching movies ... won't make a difference). But, keep in mind that SSDs have a limited number of writes per cell, albeit that number is still huge and regular users won't generally hit it.
STILL, those who are installing an OS on the SSD, do consider moving the paging file to an HDD. That would help increase your SSD's life.
