First of all only reason I am using this is because its biodegradable, for environment Its like old fashioned rectangular pad without wings The pads in market (non-biodegradable ones) can't be completely replaced by these pads. But I try to use these whenever possible. These are not suitable for heavy flow. Tip : You can try these once and if you are sure you will regularly use them as much as possible, you can order 96 pads pack which much cost-effective in terms of shipping charges. For 8 pads pack shipping charges are more than the actual cost of pads
These pads are made by self help group in Goa. It's a source of income for rural women...which is a good intiative. Sakhi pads are organic and hence don't function like mass produced sanitary napkins in the market (which has perfume that can be harmful to women in long run..and other chemicals are added to minimise company's production cost). These big brands are only concerned with their profits not health of people! Even my doctor advised me to use organic pads or cups...and hence tried these pads. These pads are old fashioned but safe.
Am happy with product . Am taking its eco friendly and decompose it self. It is not upto mark as per commercial products available in market . But it does the job well . Can be improved .yes will buy again
