Cons-
1) it does not give 100 minute talktime in 10 minutes charge. I charged for 20 minutes and it lasted 65 minutes.
2) you can not connect them without case. First you need to put them in case then take out and then they will connect.
3) one major problem is that suppose you are charging the buds in the case and suddenly the charging of the case is over. Now what will happen is that your buds will be disconnected from the case and could not be connected to the phone until and unless you forst recharge your case and then take out. It happens frequently because case does not tell how much battery is left.
4) charging speed of the case is very slow.
5) not supported by mi buds app.
