Ingredients:Whole dried blueberries
Who doesn’t love blueberries? They are sweet, juicy, and taste incredible!!
These sweet, chewy dried blueberries are fantastic out of the bag or in literally anything that you can think of: pancakes, cereal, oatmeal, muffins. They are known for their antioxidant properties and considered as one of the most antioxidant-dense foods in the world. They are dried using the nutrient-saving evaporation process making sure all the goodness stays intact. Dried Blueberries from Raw Essentials allow you to get all that power of precious phytonutrients.
Dried blueberries pack a nutritional punch. They are low in sodium and contain no cholesterol. In addition, these berries contain nutrients that are vital for your health. There are many ways for you to enjoy these sweet, delicious treats. You can make a smoothie by blending dried blueberries and a banana with low-fat milk or add blueberries to hot oatmeal.
Hand-picked and Fresh
Dried to perfection!
Raw Essentials' Dried Blueberries are carefully dehydrated instead of freeze drying. We choose this technology because it allows retaining a better flavor and texture of the food. Our berries are dehydrated on top-quality equipment to give you just the best.
Please remember that dehydration significantly reduces both size and weight of the blueberries. This means that a cup of fresh fruits contains fewer actual berries, fewer calories, and less sugar than the same amount of dried blueberries. You should take this into account when replacing fresh berries with dried in your recipes.
Naturally Tasty Treat
Dried Blueberries are one of the best and healthiest snacks you can find. Most importantly, even when dried, blueberries retain an outstanding amount of nutrients. These dried berries are 100% pure fruit. Dried Blueberries are an excellent addition to your breakfast each morning and also make a great snack straight out of the bag. This makes them an ideal energy source for those days when you are on the run.
Blueberries aren't just tasty, cute and...well...blue, they're also a surprisingly concentrated source of plant fiber. They're also are chock full of antioxidants, those powerful weapons against free radicals.

Dried blueberries go really well with all the baked treats. Cakes, breads, muffins, pies- the possibilities are limitless. Dried blueberry muffins are our favourite! Your kids will love these baked treats with blueberries.
Dried blueberries in light syrup would taste fantastic and can be a great addition to many desserts.

Dried blueberries can be enjoyed in a great number of ways. You can eat them as they are when you need to much on something in the middle of the day. However, it’s more common to sprinkle them on morning cereal. It'll boost your energy levels and help kick start your mornings. Add some to your oatmeal or breakfast cereal to enhance both taste and nutritional value.
Use generously as a delicious topping
Dried blueberries can to topped over anything and everything. Add them over your pancakes, Buddha bowls, salads, ice-creams, trail mixes.

Was totally impressed, hence, took up a monthly subscription for this.
As with so many good things, turned out it was a one hit wonder. Their latest batch is extremely sugary and is not advisable if you are buying this for furthering your health / attempting to keep your carbs low.
The label still reads 30gm sugar per 100 gms of blueberries, which is probably incorrect. There is probably atleast 70% sugar by weight - judging from the taste and the industry standard figures.
Having said that, this would be at home in an icecream or a milkshake.
