    I was looking to give my family members / extended family members access to my house at early hours, or when I am not at home, and traditional locks only came with 3 keys, I know I can get more keys made, but dealing with people losing keys, and then hoping no wrong person finds the keys, and making the home a less safe place - so the hunt for a Smart Lock began.

    I also wanted something which looks beautiful and compliments the interiors I have and the search ended when I found the Qubo Smart Lock Ultra.

    Most Indian doors have a wooden finish, so the black and copper finish would fit most aesthetic requirements. The OTP to let people in, the ability to have 2 factor authentication, with fingerprint, smart card and OTP, etc. seemed like great features on paper, so I decided to buy it (along with Qubo door bell)

    The product was delivered promptly and installation was done in 2 days. Called up Qubo, and installation time was fixed. The install work was done professionally and we were off to the races with the new stunning looking, great featured lock.

    In a month the fingerprint scanner decides to stop working, and after numerous calls, and a wait period of 3 days, they sent a technician, who found a simple loose contact between the fingerprint sensor, that was left unchecked during the installation, and fixed it in 10 mins - It can probably by attributed to luck or human error of the installers, but the product is solid (so far)

    I was keen to give this review 5 stars, but I am removing 1 star for the above experience. I hope Qubo will improve their support and make it on par with the excellent product they have.

    This lock needs 8 AA Batteries, and I was impressed to know that it can work with just 4 and other 4 are there for standby (thereby doubling the time between changes).

    I have been using this lock for the past 2 months and the battery % on the app shows 100. Which means it would easily last a year if not more.

    Overall I am perfectly satisfied with the product and it's one of the first things that the guests see when they visit my fully IOT enabled house.
