V K Ahuja has been teaching at the Faculty of Law, University of Delhi for last two decades. A Ph.D. and LL.M from the University of Delhi and M.Phil. from Jawaharlal Nehru University in International Law, he has also done a Certificate Course on Law Teaching and Legal Research Skills at the Cardiff Law School, Cardiff University, UK.

He has written extensively on the subjects of International Law and Intellectual Property Rights and has published numerous articles in leading national and international journals of repute. He has also been the Editor of Delhi Law Review and National Capital Law Journal.
