I wanted to buy a small cooker to cook for 1 person and initially went for 2 lit but it was too small, I total volume maybe 2 lit but out of this almost 1 lit went to lid, and the remaining left was very less to cook anything. So returned and went for 3 lit this one is ideal for cooking for 1 person. Material cannot be better than this. You can get other induction compatible for 25% less but paying for Prestige is worth the quality.

We have been using Prestige Pressure cookers for the last 30+ years and never had any problem. We have been using this particular piece since October 2020. We very recently found that the cooker was not (building pressure (not steaming from its vent) and there are no whistles. We cleaned the vent openings thoroughly and tried, but there was no improvement. Strangely we found that the cooker's cover is very loose on its body. We checked the gasket and it was perfect. As per the item detail provided by Amazon, the cooker carries a five year warranty and we are looking for a replacement

This is an useless product, the valve was damaged at the time of delivery itself and I changed the valve in physical stores... The base is not even and not induction compatible... From the first use it leaks, changed the rubber ring still it leaks... This is the worst product of prestige.... The base is thin and the food gets burnt easily.. this stays so useless... Don't buy this useless product... The stainless steel cooker 2l with induction bottom is really good...

The product is defective as whistle is not coming while cooking. It is very difficult to know whether food is cooked properly or not. Since I opened it and used it once I cannot even return it. And without using it you would not know that it’s defective.

This is a pretty slick cooker. I have a variety of pressure cookers. This is a pretty handy. Easy to clean. Good for travel. Good enough for cooking for two people. The only drawback I’d say is that it cannot handle high heat or high pressure. It is meant for low flame cooking. So you need to spend more time in cooking. Could be a little more cheaper as I could get a 4 liter cooler for almost same cost.
