In the knife pockets:
2x 8 inch chef knives
1x 6 inch filet
1x 4 inch pairing
1x 10 inch serrated bread knife
1x 12 inch honing rod
1x 12 inch tongs
1x 6 inch skillet spat
1x 12 inch rubber spat
In the Velcro Pouch
Various saucing spoons
6 inch Whisk
And a dough blade unpocketed, as the zip-cover can hold it in place.
Certainly most of what I would need in a kitchen!
My only gripe is the plastic rings used to attach the handle and shoulder strap have snapped, making the hulking package very difficult to carry. The manufacturer would have been better served using metal fasteners or stitching to increase the longevity of the product. I will likely soon move on to a different product.
The handle and carry straps are a bit questionable, however. One of the fastening studs has broken after only a week or two of use, but seems only to be aesthetic. I'll be looking to better secure the plastic pieces, as I've read they can break easily.
I would buy it again or recommend to friends and family. Very nice.
How I rate something:
When I review an item, I try to always do so in context of the product and its description. For example, if I bought a vase that said shatter proof, and then drop it on the ground and it shatters, that is bad. But if I purchased a crystal wine glass, and knocked it over on the counter and it broke, I would not say "these glasses are not very sturdy".
I believe, when possible, in reviewing items based on what is available in the market. Sometimes the market simply does not have better options. So if the product is the best in its class, I think it deserves 5 stars even if you can "poke holes" in their design or materials. I want to help you pick the best item available COMPARED to all other items that fill the same user requirements.

Chefs, its ok but not sturdy for holding up to a couple years of abuse.....youll eventually get another one and this is an ok emergency/events knife carry case.
If your looking for long lasting quality or a knife bag that is sure to impress and bring on questions this is not the one, but will do the job if need be at the last minute.
