My first epilator and already head over heels over this one.habe never done waxing because didn't like the idea of hot goo sticking to my skin.then found out epilator.so thought of trying it.its the best thing that could have happened to me.about the pain, I would say ladies you can bear it.it not as painful as a limb getting cut of.lol.at first tried it on my chin.so didn't pain at all.just a few pricks.then tried on my arms so it was bearable.i had shaved three or four days earlier and let my leg hairs grow but not fully.then epilated.so I believe it was less painful.just one thing is keep going.on the second try definitely will pain very less.its not pain just a small sting.veet and such creams used to give me dark patches on skin.but epilating made it soft and silky within a few hour
I was a first time user of epilators, dint know much about speed settings n stuff, bought this epilator n it appeared to be the best. The first time I used it I felt extreme pain in my left armpit, the second time I used it felt like the pain was gone. Bottom line of the story, it pains like hell only for the first time n once the stubborn roots are removed, it doesn't grow that deep ever again. Today it's the third time n I feel it's okay won't say no pain at all but it's okay to go through this much in order to get silky smooth underarms. So ladies go for it n you won't regret buying it.
This is an amazing product. Delivered in less then 24 hours. I bought it mainly for underarms and upperlips. Ttoday used it for my underarms i thought it wud be very painful but it was nothing like the pain which we get in waxing. I was so scared of doing my underarms before but this one is amazing... Now i have a permanent solution for my upperlips and underarms. I used it without cup on one side it was not at all painful. Used the cup on the otherside it was much easier and no pain at all. Suoer happy
this epilator is good for use but my suggestion will be to get a full body waxing done before using this .... as on non waxed body would hurt you a lot....so if the epilator is used after waxing you can easily remove little hair that grows frequently (and use as frequently as possible like twice a week) as i'm doing.....and in this there's only epilator no trimmer or beauty pouch
It is really good and works amazing. I actually had a leg surgery due to which the nurses shaved my legs before the surgery. I had never shaved or waxed in my lifetime. After I recovered, I had these thick long black dull hair all along my legs which made me feel like gross. I was so embarrassed to wear dresses as my legs looked like black forest. Thus, to escape from it, I wanted to get rid of the dull hair on my legs. I searched up the internet for many things-waxing,shaving,trimming. But was too afraid to go for waxing because everybody said it hurt too much & I can't possibly irritate my surgical scars by waxing my leg hair. Shaving was required to be done frequently like 3 times a week and I don't have that much time to give to shaving. Then, I came across this wonderful epilator. It was really a life saver . I searched up the web for epilation and they also said that it is less painful than waxing. From my experience, it is really very little painful. But if you want to reduce the pain to a lilttle then you would have to use it with certain specifications- 1. Exfoliate before use 2. After the bath, dry yourself up in the opposite direction of the hair growth 3. Shave or trim your hair 2-3 days before epilating. 4. Hold the epilator at 90" to your body and move it in the opposite direction of hair growth. 5. You may see some red bumps or spots so either ice the area or apply some aloevera gel after use.
It is so easy and simple and lasts for 3 weeks( In my case, but depends upon the skin type and hair growth ).
Never used a shaver before or waxed.I am only 16 and if I can handle a little pain with a surgery then why can't you?
It's pretty useful!!!.. it does its work quickly. And yeah, you can get scared thinking of the pain. But that pain is something that you cant avoid. It's like the pang you feel before taking bath in cold shower. And once you start using the epilator, it's fine!!
