Product faulty even at the first use. I don't understand who is at fault; Philips or Amazon. I would never ever purchase anything online if it were to be avoided completely. Very bad and pathetic experience.
The product is not working and I'm very disappointed. I was out of station when it was delivered but now that I try to use it, it doesn't even switch on. This is pathetic service, I'd like to claim warranty on the product and want to know the procedure. let me know how to claim warranty
Please don't buy. It doesn't work for more than 10 days. Barely used even those 10 days. And there's no return option even though this product was delivered less than 15 days back. I purchase a dozen products from Amazon every month, but am not going to buy any electronic via Amazon hereafter. I selected 1 star as it doesn't allow 0 star rating.
It is really really good at this price point (one of best from Philips). I initially thought how white would look! But, it has exceeds my satisfaction. White looks unique, premium & eye catchy. Only one thing to point out is - cool mode is not actually cool, it throws warm air. But it is same in other products also (I have checked other products of Philips).
