It covers, however a lot of management skills in a single pack. For whom looking for more advanced stuff it may fall short of expectations.

There were also some great insights on how to avoid being a victim of the "dark persuaders" from someone named Tom Marcoux, who I have not listened to before, but will definitely listen to again.
Perhaps what is most amazing about this program is that it offers about 10 hours of coaching and motivation. A real bargain for this price.

Being in sales for the last eight years, this cd is not for me, which is why I rated it as such. I found the very last cd to have some valuable information but the remainer of the 11 discs were things I learned in the very first few months in business.
If you are brand new in sales or contemplating entering the business world, this will be a great set to use.
