Now concerns..... /%/%/
1. 13 mp camera is upto expectation, it's just like Nokia 5mp camera even after focusing.
2. Rear camera take too much time to auto focus
3. Battery drains in 8-10 hrs, on normal usage,... 3g Internet, some gaming, 5-8 calls, 2-3 hours music...
4. The dual app function has limited access, means used only for 4 default apps.
5. Front 2 mp camera is not upto expectation.

ELSE U KNOW THE RESULT
Well I bought it as a gift for my daughter who was studying away and for the first couple of months the unit worked though the camera wasn't really so good as claimed in the specifications. Then within 4 months of purchase the phone just died. I assumed it was a simple battery issue and called up the customer care and they gave me their authorized service center address and asked me to take the unit there.
Horrible Service Experience
Was told that Service center works from 9 am on wards, the first person came at 10:15 am. The service guy collected and told me that I will get an update within 48 hrs. One week passed but no updates, phone calls remained unanswered. Frustrated I contacted the Helpline of Panasonic and was given their RSM number to contact. As soon as I called and explained my problem to him, he immediately said that it must be a motherboard issue which can't be done locally. He also confirmed that several such complaints have been received by them for the said model and the phone needs to be sent across to their plant. On telling him about unresponsiveness of their service center he said that they are in the process of removing them as service provider and asked me to collect the phone from the same and hand over to another service provider at a different location altogether. I refused to do that since the same was suggested by their call center only. I had then need to call up their South head based in Bangalore to get the unit sent to Noida for repairs. I was told it will take 3-4 weeks to get it back so when I checked after a month(no updates fro m service center as usual) he said that it may take 2 months or more also. This really fired me up and I immediately ca;;led the South Head once again. Same process repeated and finally after 6 weeks and 3 rounds of service center I was told phone has been received after repairing. On collection when I tried to switch on it didn't! The service guy told me to charge it for couple of time as the battery might have been drained but now I was wiser and asked them to charge there and I will wait and wasn't surprised when things remained the same even after an hour which means the phone wasn't repaired at all and was just sent back as it is. On calling the RSM he assured to give me a DOA which qualifies me to get the free replacement from the seller along with return of old handset which the service station will seal. Another week past before RSM confirmed that he has manged to get the sanction for issuance of DOA. When I visited the service center they asked for all the old accessories like earphones and charging cable which were actually with my daughter hostel. I asked them to seal declaring that these items are not there so at the time of replacement they can remove the same from new set but apparently that is not acceptable. My daughter had to courier the same and on my 6th visit to service center and more than 2 months after phone was given for servicing, I was finally given the DOA.
I was so frustrated with this whole gamut that I swore not to buy anything on net as sending the phone again to Amazon and wait for the replacement would again have taken time and things would be simple if I could just go to the shop I purchased the phone from and return to him over the counter. However when I informed Amazon, I was surprised to receive a reply within 15 minutes of sending my mail, regretting the incident and assured that they will refund the full money back to me instead of replacing the phone.
They assured for the pick up of the mobile which was done the very next day(a Sunday) and within 2 hours of the same I got the confirmation that the amount has been arranged to be credited in my account and true to their word it got credited very next day. I was delighted by the customer service of Amazon and have no hesitation in recommending them to any buyer but guys please stay away from Panasonic mobiles if you don't want to go through my experience.
