Awkward back button placement... This is in general, din fit my hand type.

So, if you want a good wireless pro controller for your PS4 which offers a lot of customisation then this is the controller for you.
You can easily map your buttons with the app or via the controller in a matter of seconds. The build quality is great, the sticks are smooth, the grip is nice and the weight is also good. It gives you a nice feeling when you hold it.
But, if you are used to a PS4 controller i.e. DualShock 4, then you'll face some trouble in adjusting to this controller since it is based on the Xbox style controllers.
This is not the biggest flaw though, the mic quality is.
First of all, the mic range is drastically low when compared to the Dualshock 4. No matter how close you put the microphone to yourself, it just doesn't want to pick up any input.
Secondly, the audio output of your voice is HORRENDOUS. You will sound like a robot which is forced to talk underwater. And trust me, this is not an exaggeration. I checked this on multiple reviews, this is a real issue. It is a software or encoding issue which hasn't been fixed every since the Nacon pro controllers came into existence.
So, bottomline, if you want to only do some single player gaming and don't play with friends, this is the Best controller for you.
But, if you are into multiplayer gaming especially where you have to communicate a lot, then this is not the controller for you. Purely on the basis of the severly bad audio output.
EDIT: Had to return the controller, the audio was just unbearable.
