A great book. I suggest every advocate to read this. Why only advocates, i suggest even the judges. I served in Allahabad and my experience was that it was the most difficult station. My one year stint there was equal to about ten years elsewhere. I realise after reading this book that the place proved equally difficult for the judges. I salute the writer for the courage and sagacity with which he handled the rowdy elements there. And the conviction with which he wrote this book is laudable. The book is well written, lucid, matter of fact and with candour. The writer could have easily fallen a prey to self eulogy. Creditable that he didn't. He actually proves that he is a wise man. May his tribe increase.
