This particular ab roller is perfectly priced & it is built like a tank. I bought this mostly for the Ab roller. While I don’t use jump ropes often it’s nice to have one on hand and the quality of this rope is great and has very smooth swivels!

For the roller, it’s perfect. I train mostly at a gym but many gyms do not have a quality ab wheel and rollouts are a staple in my training. So, I can either bring this to the gym or do my additional ab work at home. Very solid and smooth, I love it!
