The reason I am writing this negative review is because I was ignored after contacting the seller about a failed bulb, a bulb that failed after less than one year of operation. Out of frustration I am wasting my time on a Thursday night after a long day at work to explain to future buyers that this product may fail, and you will receive absolutely no assistance from their support team AFTER THE PROBLEM IS DIAGNOSED. Surprisingly, the support team was very quick to respond to the initial complaint. They immediately sent a long list of steps I was to perform in order to properly diagnose the cause of the failed LED; these troubleshooting steps were required before they would take any action for replacement. I pasted their email below containing the steps you can expect to receive. I happily went through all of the troubleshooting steps and was confident the LED was in fact burned out. After I confirmed the LED was the component that had failed, and then communicating that to support staff, the entire staff went MIA. I attached a photo of what the failed LED looks like, you will notice the LED appears to be burned. Purchase at your own risk.
INITIAL EMAIL RECEIVED FROM SUPPORT
Thank you for choosing one of our OPT-7 products and we're glad that you contacted us regarding this.
I'm sorry to hear that you're having an issue with the item that you purchased. But don't worry, we'll be glad to assist you on this and we'll be doing our best to sort things out for you.
In cases like this, I can simply replace the component that is not working correctly with a brand new part.
All we need to do is identify what part needs to be replaced using a simply test called the "SWAP TEST"
Basically, remove both LED bulbs for their respective drivers. Then swap them and connect them to the opposite driver. Note whether to issue you experienced before has moved or remains on the same side.
Start by disconnection each LED bulb from it' respective driver
Swap them to the opposite side's LED driver
If the issue moves with the LED bulb then the LED BULB needs to be replaced
If the issue stays on the same side proceed to swap the LED driver
If the issues moves with the LED driver then the LED driver needs to be replaced
If the issue stays on the same side proceed to swap the capacitor (If installed)
If the issue moves with the capacitor then the capacitor needs to be replaced
If the issue stays on the same side proceed to swap the Plug and Play wire (PP Wire)
If the issue moves with the PP Wire then the PP wire needs to be replaced
Let us know the results and we will get that part shipped out ASAP.

In this short review, I’ll briefly describe each of the different bulbs (HID, LED, Halogen) and try to give my best honest opinion based on my own personal experience. I’ll also provide a few pictures so you can get a better visual understanding.
As you’ve probably heard, a lot of people are skeptical when it comes to buying LEDs, especially when it comes to headlights. I had a person tell me before “don’t even bother” because of how bad they apparently were. But after reading numerous reviews, and seeing tons of different LED brands on Amazon, I decided to pull the plug and try them out for myself. Worst case scenario, ill return them, no harm no foul.
The LEDs came in a nicely packaged box; everything was included and the item was brand new from the looks of it. It was well packaged and felt like a very high-end product. The bulbs themselves looked very well put together and felt very sturdy and durable. The bulbs were bigger compared to the OEM halogens because of the heatsink/fan in the back of the bulb, but that didn’t get in the way of fitment and they snapped right into place during installation. Installation and manual was fairly easy and straightforward; the whole process took about 15min. Note: make sure to check whether the bulb is working before you put it inside the headlight.
So, the performance. Firstly, I’d like to say that YES, these LEDs are bright and they do work as advertised. They put out a very clean and consistent light beam, which I was a bit surprised to be honest. Unlike my OEM Halogens that put out brighter light in the center of them beam (see picture), the LEDs have a much more consistent beam and they are also noticeably brighter. I also decided to compare these to some Kensun 6k HIDs I had on another car that happened to be the same brand, make, and model; how convenient :-). Initially, the HIDs look just a little bit brighter, but its noticeable that like halogens, they tend to have a stronger light output in the middle of the beam, the LEDs do not and therefore are more consistent. I wasn’t able to determine conclusively that the HIDs are brighter, you be the judge. For me, they are pretty much the same when it comes to the LEDs. Same light output, a more consistent “white” color, and a more consistent light beam pattern overall. The fact that the LEDs are projected to have a lifetime of 50k hours is enough for me to make the decision of LED over HID any day.
**UPDATE: As of 03/20/2017, i am no longer using these LED bulbs. For some odd reason, they caused moisture build up inside my headlights, which i was very unhappy about. I took them out, i replaced the rubber seals with the factory OEM halogen seals, dried out the headlights (which took forever) and re installed hoping for a better result. Nope, same thing. Literally an hour after installing them, i could already see moisture build up inside the headlight again! I took them out the next day and put the OEM halogens back in. just an FYI, my headlights are perfectly fine with no cracks or leaks, they are original OEM headlights from factory. With the OEM halogens, there is no more moisture issues and the headlights right now are completely dry again. I returned them only after about a week of using them. My guess to as why the headlights begin to experience moisture issues would probably be because of the cooling fans that are installed in the bulbs. Again, i am no engineer but that's just my guess. For now, ill hold off on any LED bulbs for the time being and wait for something better to come out. Meanwhile, ill keep my HIDs on my car while they still work.
Don't get me wrong, these are great bulbs and if they didn't cause moisture build up in my headlights, i would have kept them on. Sadly, they were problematic with my car and needed to be replaced. This is just my personal experience with these bulbs, in no way am i saying they are bad, they just didn't work well with my headlights and caused moisture build up. Maybe they work perfectly on your car and that's great. For me they didn't work. I hope you found this unbiased review helpful and can make a better informed decision in regards to purchasing this product.
