This must-have Concealer Wand is essential for precise, on-the-go coverage – masking blemishes, dark spots and under-eye circles with the simple flick of a wand. The emollient-rich formula means it won’t look caked on either – yet the coverage it delivers is second to none. There’s a wide range of shades on offer, whether it’s to mimic your skin tone to camouflage imperfections, or correct redness and pigmentation. A trusty make up bag essential if ever there was one – and affordable to boot. This hardworking yet lightweight concealer is a bestseller for NYX Professional Makeup and for good reason – it has a blendable formula that offers full coverage without creasing or drying. Plus the shade range includes a varied collection of nudes (including ‘Beige’, ‘Fair’, ‘Tan’ and ‘Porcelain’) as well as colour correctors such as ‘Green’ to disguise redness, ‘Lavender’ to brighten any dullness/ashiness and ‘Yellow’ to neutralise purple tones such as undereye circles. And all at a purse-friendly price point. HOW TO USE: Use on freshly cleansed, moisturised skin. Using the wand delicately dot over areas you want to conceal or correct (for hygiene reasons, we recommend washing the applicator wand immediately after use on blemishes). Blend with fingers or a brush.

- Convenient packaging with a doe-foot applicator wand.
- It has a creamy texture without the heavy feel.
- It offers a semi-matte finish minus the cakey effect.
- It stays on my super oily skin even in humid weather for long.
- I've the shade 'CW04, Beige' which has warm undertones. It works well for my under-eye area as well as face.
- From masking spots to covering bad under-eye dark circles to hiding pimples, this does it all effectively.
- A tiny bit goes a long way as it's very pigmented.
- Since it dries quickly, you need to be fast with working it lest you're left with a patchy finish.
How I use it:
Properly moisturized skin is a must with this. If you're using it on your under-eye area, follow up with a hydrating yet non-greasy eye cream first and then, pat it. If you find the finish drying, you can do this: Mist your blending brush lightly with makeup mist and use it to blend the concealer. This will also help it stay for long. If you've very dark eye circles, use an orange corrector first to cancel the darkness.
If you're covering a flaky and dried out pimple, don't apply this straight away on it. Firstly, wet a washcloth with warm water and gently run it over the affected area. Let your skin dry completely. Apply an oil-free moisturizer and then, use this to conceal.

I'll start with the shade selection, because I'm sure that's why a lot of people are reading the reviews. I have a cool skin tone and I have found 4 of the shades that I can make work for me whether I'm pale or have a tan. In my opinion, this is the breakdown of what tone each concealer is : 01 porcelain and 02 fair are neutral tones. 03 light and 05 medium are peachy cool tones. 04 beige is a warm yellow tone and 06 glow is a warm orange tone. I haven't tried the darker ones. I posted pictures of the shades I currently have plus swatches just to help out anyone who is struggling to pick a color. Keep in mind I really globbed the concealer on the paper for those swatches, but in real life the shades look much lighter once they are blended out.
For the eyes, I put 3 or 4 dots of concealer a shade lighter than my skin tone, pat it around with a clean fingertip and let it dry halfway. At this point it will look cakey/not blended at all, this is fine. Once it's halfway dry, I then use a damp beauty sponge and blend it out the rest of the way. I get much better, smoother coverage when I use this technique. If you try to blend it out when it's still fully wet, you'll wipe away all the coverage. If you don't blend at all, you'll end up cakey. It's also a good idea to use a setting powder on top so it doesn't crease.
For redness, I like to use a shade that is either my exact skin tone or a tad darker in combination with the green color corrector. The green seriously makes such a big difference! I mix the two shades on the back of my hand – a dab of skin tone plus the tiniest little dot of green. It will look ghostly on your hand, but once it's over top of the redness, it neutralizes it perfectly. Again, I like to let it dry a little bit before I try to do any blending.
I have normal/dry skin and I'm able to get through half the day with this concealer still looking good. It does crease and wear off a bit, but it doesn't get as gross as other brands I've tried. This probably also largely depends on whether you are oil/normal/dry and what the weather is like that day though.
The only con to this product is the label wears off and I think their shade selection isn't wide enough to suit every skin tone. Overall, I would definitely recommend this concealer to anyone.
The proof is in the picture! My undereyes have never looked so great. I used pixi’s peach undereye first, put some of this concealer on (waited until it was about halfway dry) and LIGHTLY blended. I added a second light coat to the deep set portion of my eyes only. That did the trick. I set it with some powder and I’m good to go!
I woke up three times last night with my teething child and am SO exhausted Can you tell from the picture?! No filter!!
I would say this product is good for almost everyone because I have rosacea and very sensitive skin that is porcelain in color. I would recommend this brand and product for any age group or any skin type.
