I bought this phone in September 2022 and kept it for light usage. Performance is good, but it has software issues.
I got a call which I failed to answer, but to my surprise, this phone kept showing the call screen for about half an hour. None of the options for acceptance, rejection or reject text were working. I had to reboot the phone.
Same was the problem when I was on a call, and another waiting call came up. I could not cancel or accept the waiting call.
And lastly, I would like to mention that I approached Nokia Care, where they reinstalled the phone software but it did not resolve my issue. And then, my phone was replaced by Nokia as per the 1-YEAR REPLACEMENT GUARANTEE provided by the company. AND STILL, I ENCOUNTERED THE SAME PROBLEM WITH THE REPLACED PHONE AS WELL. So, buy this product at your own risk.
