Cracked part and confusion about the pieces
18 March 2018
It is always enjoyable, exciting and adventurous to use DIY items. It is more rewarding if you are doing it for your home and the thing one assembles serves the need of the house.
Assembling the cabinet was easy. It is placed to store items in the kitchen.
However, there is a cause of dissatisfaction, and that is a significant dissatisfaction.
The top was cracked for right-hand side corner. The parts were nicely packed. There is no issue of packing and security. It seems that the piece was already broken before the preparation.
I bought it only because it was a product of Nilkamal. There was another similar item by the cello. I was attracted towards it because the article appeared in Today Deals section. I kept watching these items for a couple of days and gradually realised that I can find a use for it at home. Secondly, I am an investor in Nilkamal Shares and had made a good profit in dealing with it. As an investor, I rate this company high, and the experts also recommend the performance of the company. That makes me decide in favour of this product. However, Now I received a faulty item. It is the cause of disappointment.
I can observe that one of the reviewers had also pointed out the same shortcoming.
The second dissatisfaction is with the Assembly Instructions manual. The items shown in List of Parts do not tally with the items recovered from the package. It seems that some assembly was already done before dispatching the item. It created a lot of confusion.
The Nilkamal company must consider such type of feedbacks. The product is causing dissatisfaction.
Thirdly, the material does not seem to be of good quality. The locking buttons are not regular. I preferred Nilkamal over Cello under the impression that the quality of the material will be okay. The thickness and locking angles give a lit bit of dissatisfaction.
I bought it because I have booked the profit of more than ₹5000/- from this company. Now, I believed as if I have booked the loss by purchasing the item of the company.
