camera quality is very good. I Purchased this product in April 2017 in an amount of 22449/-. after uses of 5 and half month, its lens is not working properly. means the lens is not being focused the objects and do not take photos. So it sad for me. I will go service center tomorrow and will fix it ,
what to say about this..Product quality asusual Nikon are there for their best quality. excellent quality of pictures, provide u need to know how to click the images.. Guys you can go for it.. Excellent product quality.
Great DSLR for beginners such as myself, the 18-55mm kit lens is very nice for day-to-day use. Battery life is pretty amazing as well. a 55-200mm lens would be a nice company to the stock kit lens if anyone wants it. Imagequality is great! I took some shots in the night with 30sec.Shutter speed and came out awesome! Quality of Panorama is nice too! Different extra shooting modes like Miniature, Partial Color, Night shot are handy as well! Overall, worth every single rupee. Go for it!
One of the best entry level DSLR camera ever seen. I am very much impressed with the imagequality. Its light and compact. I have used the major competent with a barrels name and was disappointed with the colour reproduction. Amazon has packed it properly and has given me a 8 gb sd card and one camera bag as compliment. In Mumbai most of the shops are selling it with a price tag of 3k. Here i saved 3000k. All the best for beginners...this thing rocks
The camera is great and compact and light compared to other dslrs. Takes wonderful images. Amazon delivered it within time. But the box does not include wireless mobile adaptor Wu-1a as claimed by Amazon. I expected this accessory with it as it was written in the product description in Amazon. So, I am disappointed for not having it within the box. However the camera and lens quality is awesome.
No words to explain. Actually it's a double kit lens kit and they removed zoom lens. Apart from that everything as explained. Super imagequality and no complaints about Nikon d3300. Amazing battery life... I'm yet to explore more.... Amazon delivery was on time.
It's a best buy in this range. imagequality, battery back-up, easy to handle. 18-55mm lens works fine if you are just a normal user. I would say go for this even if this is your first DSLR. It's a best one and you can learn more.
This is my second camera after the D40. I bought this mainly to shoot videos because it has a mic jack to plug in an external microphone. The 3300 and the 5300 pretty much have the same imagequality if you know how to shoot and well versed with slrs. The major differences are that the 5300 has 39 auto focus points compared to the 11 on the 3300. Next, the 5300 has a tilty screen aka articulating screen which will help you get low and high angles without lying on the ground or using a stool. Last difference would be the wifi and GPS connectivity that comes with the 5300. It is not present on the 3300 but can be added as a module on the side remote port to transfer photos. This feature is for people who can't wait to get to thier laptop to transfer photos and need to share what they shot instantly. Price difference between both cameras is 15,000. I think most of us can do without those features of you are low on the budget.
Similarities between both cameras would be the 24.2 mp APS-C sensor and Expeed4 processor that allows burst shots at 5 fps.
If your budget is around 40k then go for D5300 or else D3300 is great for anyone who wants to get into photography. I know professionals who use it as a secondary camera on shoots. Also, if you don't care about a mic port and want Bluetooth connectivity to share photos with your phone, the D3400 is 3-4k more than the D3300 but imagequality is the same.
Hope I have helped you with your purchase decision.
Posting few pics which I clicked with the kit lens on my camera.
