About the Author
Arnold Schwarzenegger served as governor of California from 2003 to 2011. Before that, he had a long career, starring in such films as the Terminator series; Stay Hungry; Twins; Predator; and Junior. His first book, Arnold: The Education of a Bodybuilder, was a bestseller when published in 1977 and, along with his Encyclopedia of Modern Bodybuilding, has never been out of print since.

His methods works.
Very beautifully given programmes,
His basic concepts are clear, but not all.
To note. This book was written in1995. And its nearly 23 years down the line. Scienttific reasons change as time passes. Lot of updates needed.
Like the concept of build up of lactic acid as a cause of muscle soreness. This concept is rejected this days not proven. Like this many more concepts..... needs update.
This book has so deep information and secrets that even our great gym so called guruz don't know.
Go for it
Work out every day for an hour and read this book for 15 min every day.
You may have a rest day in your workout plan but not with the book.
