False claim made by product page !
Not 1 drop, 5 times more i.e 5drops atleast of this Nectarea product are needed for sweetness near 1 teaspoon of sugar!
Method used to find is:
1) 100ml water + 2 teaspoons (specific measeurement tea spoons) sugar is mixed to form solution.
2) same 100ml water + started adding 2 drops at a time and around 14 drops of "Nectarea Sweet light" were added for sweetness test comparison.
14 drops of this "Nectarea" is closer to 2 tsp of table sugar,
so 7 drops of this 'nectarea' needed for sweetness to come closer to 1 tsp of sugar.
The sweetness was different from sugar, did not taste like sugar.
But since bitterness reduces with something salty/sour, its sweetness relatively appeared to increase when added to salty/sour ingredients.
Seller claimed 1 drop but 5x-7X (5x when bitterness is balanced with salty/sour ingredients) more is needed of this product to come close to sugar, thus 400%+ Loss to buyers!!
Bitter after taste is observed (and this reduces in the presence of salty/sour ingredients)!
taste wise and quality wise , this is a poor quality product let down by false claims of 1 drop and also bitter after-taste
