I received the product with a dent on it. But I need it so i didn't mind. But from the beginning it is having many problems. I called the service center but they didn't reply me for days. Now they come to my house yesterday and said that the fault was there from the beginning. I didn't expect this kind of service from Mitashi.
Extremely bad customer service from mitashi rep ! They didn’t turn up for installation and the rep calls me and warns me that I will simply close your request saying customer did t pick up the call ! And will not put seal for guarantee !
Within 3 months filter box broken and the mechanic visited from co. says they don't give warranty for filter box we have pay some charges ..this is really disappointing... Even after several complains no response. It has been 3 weeks but no one turned from the co. to replace the filter box.
It gets the work done. makes little noise. The cover guard of the rotating part fell of and ruptured the gears and itself making rumbling sound. Have put in great effort to fix it by myself buy putting some adhesive and tapes. Doesn't recommend if u can spend extra bucks.
Service required at first use of products, technician are third party grad and not much Mitashi centric. Not find any solution for problem,I unfortunately continue with the problem...... Always go for quality assurance not for cheap one..,..

When i buy this washing machine it was delivered with defected drum.. i raise complaint for issue.. mitashi people send a service guy, he said drum is defected.. but from 6 month mitashi people not replacing washing machine...
