Young, vivacious and an aspiring writer, Riya wants nothing more from her longtime crush/boyfriend than to let her in on one of his exciting investigations. After all, what better source material for a book than a real life tragedy? No-nonsense veteran cop, Rohan picks a case of probable suicide to satisfy Riya’s needs. Little does he know that there is more to this case than meets the eye. What made the victim hang herself at the break of dawn? What is the secret that her group of friends is hiding? Will Riya be able to salvage a workable plot for her upcoming novel out of this case of seemingly simple suicide?

What if i ask u that "how will u feel A Minute before your death" ??? No- No I'm not out of my brains but after reading the book even u will understand why I'm asking sounding so weird ?? But trust me this the most captivating story i have read in recent times...
From Rohan's dedication's for his work To Riya's Passion, From Avantika's Rude Attitude To Jenny's Crazy dare, From Riyaz's Unconditional love To Ajmer's pain of losing his love... From Riya-Rohan's interesting theories About the books and To her madness of fulfilling her dream....From Riya-Rohan's Cute and Naughty Love To The thought-provoking murder mysteries....From "The smiling Last To "A Minute To Death...From Passion To Death mystery... this book is a charismatic read.
:- As it is said "Love is blind, so one who wants to b in love should learn "Braille" to deal with it ......One should express their love well enough to their beloved, If u fail to express your love at the right time n in the right way...U might end up regretting
:- A book is a reflection of the author and talks about the entire life experience of the writer.. A Reader lives so many lives by reading
:-Sometimes we want to know how someone else will react to something before we try to do the same... The curiosity to know that can make u a crazy person and u might end up doing something "very Wrong", Being selfish to reach success in the name of passion can never b justified...
:- Omg ! What a Gripping story !! Totally A page tuner...A story with a positive message always grabs maximum attention...
:- Title is so apt that gives u Scratch on ur head...
:- Characters were written beautifully...And a pinch of various emotions were sprinkled aptly
:- Loved the last twist... I was like on wow this is something called a "Blockbuster movie story"
:- And The lesson "that too much of everything can be dangerous" was awesomely conveyed...
:- There were minor printing mistakes at some places(Specially with the names)
:- As a reader, i hope this book gets accepted the way author wants it Because we live it this Bollywood Masala world where people are tend to follow their fav actor/actress...(For example many kids use to follow Shaktiman n other super hero's and use to harm themselves) I just hope people don't follow the ideas of harming themselves from the book.. Rather they should Check their passions, so that they may not be punished by them...
P.S :- If a Book is well written, i always find it too short
Rating :- 4/5

And where does a cop allow his girlfriend to accompany him on all the investigations? It seems that the police station has only one other employee who agrees to this.
At the end of it, you wonder if it was worth it all........
How Rohan solves the mystery along with Riya and how Riya finishes her book is portrayed in a fast paced fashion with a nail biting finish.
A minute to death is written by Ms. Ganga bharani and this is her 2nd novel. Kudos to the author for keeping the suspense till the end. And I bet none can solve the mystery which she had beautifully wielded throughout the novel.
I liked the way how the author gave many possibilities and views for the readers to think upon and yet she could successfully not make anyone guess the actual ending.
There are moments where you actually smile, feel romantic, feel puzzled, cry and even tremble with fear as you read the story. Congrats to the author to have brought these emotions on the face of a reader through her words.
The novel would make anyone stay glued to it and finish it in one sitting for two good reasons. One, it is fast paced and gives you enough suspense so that you want to get the mystery solved asap or otherwise your head might break. And two, it is comparatively a shorter novel of about 120 pages.
Turn offs for this novel are few. The language could have been better and even in the second edition I could spot few mistakes which made the read a little bumpy.
The romantic scenes were explained with dignity by the author. So they were not too interesting (!) and were like speed breakers.
I expected author to throw more light on the ground work investigation done by Rohan rather than mere interrogation which was a negative point according to me.
Certain logical questions arise for which answers cannot be found but who cares for logic when you are actually captivated by the plot so much, that you do not have time for logic!
Overall it was a great read and I promise anyone who spends their time and money on this book will not feel cheated.
