I could feel the impact of 'True Presence' while reading the book. The book silently sow a seed of awareness in you. In one of her chapters she has written about having a Spiritual Family and its importance in one's life. Charnita, her work and this book all are part of my Spiritual Family where I can take refuge when I get tired by the wear and tear of life. In a nutshell, this book is a must read for everyone. And every time you read it , it will offer you something different. Read it, practice it with love and compassion and witness the miracle. ❤
I hope the author continues to write more detailed accounts of her every day experiences and how it helps her grow into a more grounded person, capable of handling all the good and bad in life with equanimity.

Sometimes the answer key to solving all our problems effectively is right infront of us but we get so caught up in our headspace of past and future that we simple overlook it.
I highly recommend this book for readers across all stages of life, we all are struggling, let the author take your hand and guide you into a state of mindfulness.
Frankly speaking we normally get carried away by our instincts without even caring about what other may perceive about our deeds. The writer has
indeed was very clever in meticulously portraying one's actions and the means to control those uncontrollable actions which if left uncontrolled may lead to disastrous affects.
Coming to language, the writer has used the simplest language wherein a normal reader can actually find it very easy to read and understand. A big plus on this front.
Overall, Its a must read for people who are searching for inner peace & concentration. Simply saying, to have control over Senses...!

My only criticism is that the author continually refers to the book being a "booklet", which seems wrong for something that's only available in digital form. Yes, it is a very short book. That is a great strength.


A very mindfully crafted manuscript. What makes this text distinct from other similar works is the inclusion of strong experiential real-world insights from the author's first hand experience on the topic. If you are lost in the daily hustle & bustle of life like most of us, this book will help you come back to yourself instantaneously. The comprehensive nature of the text beautifully touches all important aspects of life and is yet concise.
Whether you are a rookie in the domain of mindfulness or a pro, this text surely has something pleasing for you in store! Look forward to more mindful works from the "Pocket Full of... Series"


Then she provides solutions with reasons. But more than reasons, she provides exercises, what you can do to take control of your mind, and increase your health. She does not recommend stupid things like quitting your job or quitting life, but how to control your mind in the midst of your surroundings, which she calls "mindfullness"
