I hope the author continues to write more detailed accounts of her every day experiences and how it helps her grow into a more grounded person, capable of handling all the good and bad in life with equanimity.
Frankly speaking we normally get carried away by our instincts without even caring about what other may perceive about our deeds. The writer has
indeed was very clever in meticulously portraying one's actions and the means to control those uncontrollable actions which if left uncontrolled may lead to disastrous affects.
Coming to language, the writer has used the simplest language wherein a normal reader can actually find it very easy to read and understand. A big plus on this front.
Overall, Its a must read for people who are searching for inner peace & concentration. Simply saying, to have control over Senses...!
