Superb, as usual! Swamiji has a knack for imparting wisdom and knowledge in a clear and concise manner. One of the things that stood for me is the advice on the importance of exercise in one's life. I meditate daily and am quite serious about making progress on this path. I'm equally serious about exercising regularly. When I cannot accommodate both in my schedule, which happens quite often, I prefer to skip exercise and meditate instead. Based on Swamiji's suggestion that one give equal importance to both, I'll strive towards making time for exercising as well. Swamiji, thanks for the book! Eagerly awaiting your next set of books :) --By Madhusudan on 24 April 2018

you helped me Swami to be Cool.
From Craving Pull to Restful,
you helped me to be Thoughtful.
After reading your book I found my path from being Awful to Hopeful.
Drowning in Misery Pool, I was lifted to be Joyful.
Sitting beside Reflecting Pool, I came to realization that I am already Full, then I stopped getting sucked into the Consumerism Whirlpool.
Using MindTool I became Blissful.
I am Thankful and Grateful for this Zen Pool.
Believe my review, I am Truthful.
I started reading the book on the very first day I received it.
And from the pages I read.I found it amazing and have no words to describe the book🙏.
I don't know why but nothing comes to the mind when it comes to writing a review for the book written by my master(guru)🙏.
I just love each and every word written by Swamiji, filled with love affection positivity wisdom and humor.
Usually I narrate the stories and humor written by Swamiji(on blog or books) to my parents and friends.
Thank you Swamiji for providing us with love and wisdom.
Waiting for your next book.
As I said earlier Swamiji's books are gems of wisdom and love.
So please, don't wait just grab your copy and feel the divine presence and grace of Swamiji through this book.

Love and Gratitude
A sincere seeker of path of self awareness must read this book..Very few people (u can count them on finger like Thich Naht Nahn) know about the real Zen path ..Many people use this word coz it sounds like modern spirituality but it is far ancient than we think..Mahakashyap was first Zen disciple of Lord Buddha who initiated branch of Buddhism which we call ZEN..to whom he gave lotus flower and the wisdom which can't be said in words..He was His only disciple who understood Lord Buddha's silence wisdom..and laughed after getting this wisdom..it can b transformed only in complete meditative awareness of mind which is far beyond the words..Swami ji always try His best to give his best..He does the same with this book as well..Best book on Zen wisdom..it will open many doors of our confined mind into a totally new dimension..
Thank you Swami Ji🙏
The only thing I can say about the book is it is a practical approach to Zen meditation. The techniques are simple yet profound!!
Read it to know it!!

Swamiji, thanks for the book! Eagerly awaiting your next set of books :)
Om Swami excels at everything that He does. Yet this one is his most important and most powerful book so far. A must read for everyone and especially those who want to begin with meditation but find it difficult to sit still.
Of all His 10 titles, this is also the smallest and yet the most powerful one. Afterall, Zen is all about imparting the greatest wisdom in the fewest possible words ;)
On the lopside, there are quite a few editing mistakes, which I am sure would be taken care of in the subsequent editions.

Emphasis on maintaining your physical health was phenomenal, it was like a revelation to me. I am confident there are millions of people in the same boat as I am. Wanting something, but not having a clear plan, and not doing anything to execute it, and having the stress of not doing it eat you up alive! Swamiji gives hope that it is not too late, and gives very practical suggestions to accomplish it.
Swamiji is compassionate, and extremely humble. He does not hesitate to share his own struggles with simple tasks such as writing the weekly post, or trying to fall asleep. Ofcourse, his struggles with falling asleep have to do with an acute sense of awareness and awakening, and mine seem to be because of being lost in the forest of thoughts, and in the fog of confusion. But we do have something in common:)
Thank you Swamiji.
Om Swami sums it up very nicely, my favorite nugget being this method of building mindfulness in your daily life. Ask yourself this question as many times as you can during the day and experience the benefits of mediation, without sitting for it.
"What am I doing right now?" - now answer the question, "I am writing a review", or "I am day dreaming"
now ask "what should I be doing right now"
Finally, do what you should be doing. Easy, huh?...but actually, it's super hard to be mindful all the time
This book is an easy read thanks to the crisp content and narrative. It provides practical techniques as well as the theoretical foundation that will motivate you to undertake this journey. It is packaged with an interesting mix of subjects ranging from relatively esoteric and thought-provoking concepts (such as the Nature of things), to practical tips about prioritization and wise usage of time.
As a side-note, this book has a few typos. While that’s only a minor distraction, there definitely is an opportunity for proofreaders to fix these typos in the next edition of this book.
Overall Mind Full to Mindful is an enjoyable and educative read and, if the teachings are sincerely adopted, it has the potential to change lives.
The knowledge and understanding of Zen (or Zazen) has been long forgotten at the place of its origin, but this book fills up the gap of the lost centuries and offers such deep and valuable insight into one of the most beautiful form of meditation.
Simply written and sprinkled with His hallmark humor all over...nicely includes the forms, teaching, aspects, virtues and principles of Zen meditation/wisdom...offers the bonus of hilarious illustrations as well.
(one of my favorites - " Buddha: I should have made one of those nobody-can-depict-me rules. They always make me fat. Jesus: Tell me about it. I have been a blond, white dude for, like, 2000 years") :))
Very highly recommended!!!
