The second half of the book chronicles gut-wrenching recovery - physical, psychological, emotional, and spiritual. No matter one's spiritual beliefs, what the reader comes away with is a profoundly deeper thought process and heightened appreciation for mysteries we cannot understand and forces that shape us into better humans if we allow it.
