1. Slightly Tilt Based On a Rocking Mechanism The seat back can slightly tilt about 30 degrees (can’t lock the angle) when you lean back and it springs back after you sit up. To activate the rocking mechanism: Step 1: Loosen the tilt tension knob underneath the chair seat ; Step 2: Pull out the lever to activate the rocking mechanism. NOTE: The tilt knob is completely tightened when the chair arrives. Please turn harder to loosen it. 2. 360° Swivel Casters Durable and flexible casters provide excellent mobility on any surface, never scratching the floor, not slipping, and noiseless. 3.
