I used these to make Diwali sweets for friends and family. My husband and family is vegetarian, so normal marshmallow wouldn't work for them, and I thought I could use these. These are nothing like marshmallows. They do taste a lot like marshmallows, but they are quite different. They are rather hard instead of light and fluffy. They don't melt very well either. They just turn brown like caramel and get hard like a hard candy. So these are definitely not for baking or anything with melted marshmallow. You can eat them as a treat, but even that is unpleasant because they are too hard. And finally, I ordered 6 pk of 60g. I weighed every pack because I was making a recipe. Not a single pack had more than 55g. They were all 49-55g. Since I bought just enough for my recipe, I was 40g too short. I definitely would not buy these again.
