This Book is Awesome in almost every possible way. The Immense, Depth, Powerful and Brilliant imagination of the Author must get an Appreciation from all the Mythology Genre Lover.
I completed the whole book in Just 6 hours. So, you can predict how gripping the story plot is.
From the first book to the third one in the Series, Kevin's Storytelling Skill have reached new level, and that can be observed easily. Man... His Vocabulary is just less than Shashi Tharoor And Amish Tripathi...😅
Even being so young, Kevin have raised the bar for every Mythological Storyteller.
The Journey of The Reader will be Full of Anger and Emotions (like Love, Friendship and Bromance).
The Endless Battle, the death, the friendship and love, the hatred all comes at appropriate positions in the story. Nothing much more than required.
Even there are some loopholes in the story, but they can be ignored.
As Kevin says, he really is die hard fan of ‘Game of Thrones’ series. HAHA...
I actually guessed the ending in Midway of the book, but was Satisfied with the ending. I had to be. It had to be that. I hated and loved the ending simultaneously. Kevin really did the justice to the story.
If you're a reader, doesn't matter whichever genre is your favorite, you should really go for the series...
I hope after reading this review, Kevin Bhai will send me personal signed copy of this book.
Hoping for the more exploration in ‘Kevin's Universe of Madness’.
Coming to the book now:
It's a good ending. An ending worth buying the book for. I have never prebooked any book, and I was glad to have done so when I finished the book, so that should say something!
I liked how this book, unlike the 2nd book of the series, had far, FAR less typos.
I loved the pace of things. Usually as a story draws to an end it feels like a drag, that was not the case here.
I still found the cover art to be not as exciting as the one of book 2 and I mean the red color based one, not the blue one (thats subjective i know, but its my suggestion for future books).
I wish it would have had more touching moments, like the end was, one where I would have felt a bit more ensconced.
All in all, I would highly recommend the series.
It was a great fantasy series that comes to an end with this book, and I have totally loved the journey of Kalki, Kali, Arjan...
I enjoyed my time reading this book...
No Spoiler ahead.
The unexpected twists in the story and the characters in totality were terrific overall.
Manasa , Kalki,Arjan,Padma all were interesting characters, not to forget , Devadatta and the parrot Shuko.
The way Kalki's powers reveal themselves through a certain away and makes him fully aware of them. You want to know how that happened ? .
READ THE BOOK!!!
Learnt few new words and the ending is believable and not written just for the sake of it. There are some amazing quotes by certain characters that are written very well by Kevin.
Overall an amazing trilogy. Sometimes I wish it never ended.
This will always be special for me because this trilogy is the first one I read .
The author has managed to keep the readers happy as well as cry their hearts out. And the way the twists have been incorporated and the thrill in every single chapter has been maintained is commendable. The ending is different from what was being expected. Usually, all the nine Avatars of Lord Vishnu had to fight an opponent at the very end. But here, (SPOILER ALERT) Kalki has no opponent. In a way, Dharm is hero, and so is Adharm.
I have thoroughly enjoyed this series and still can't get over the fact that it's over. Kalki has made a place for himself in my heart, and so has Arjan.
This is a book where there is not one hero, but two.
Fellow feminists will also appreciate this book.
What can I say for the author, he's just plain awesome.
Mahayoddha Kalki- The Sword Of Shiva!!
And here comes the final book of one of the the most beautifully written Mytho-fictional trilogy about the prophecied saviour of the world.. the 10th avatar of Vishnu..Kalki!! A typical signature Kevin Missal styled narration filled with lots of unimaginable twists and turns..which keeps you glued to the book from start till the end... But what makes this particular book unique is the fact that this final installment of the trilogy is gonna change the Kalki-verse upside down.. almost every character you've known till the end of book 2 will change its nature and reveal its true Colors 🥺🥺 and what makes it even better? Hell you're gonna hate and love even the most villainous characters at the same time 🥺🥺 personally I felt an emotional connection with the book especially few characters like Arjan n.. Kali.. Padma...which is rare.. not every book connects you Emotionally with the characters... In short..this is a must read book for all the mytho lovers without a doubt!! ❤
