Purchased this renewed Lenovo M92p for 10,000/- and for the price it's okay.
Talking about Desktop Hardware, Specifically, system specs are
• Intel i5-2400 a 2nd gen processor
• 8GB DDR3 1333Mhz RAM
• Lenovo OEM motherboard
• Seagate 500GB 7200RPM Hard Disk
• Windows 10 lifetime
• MS Office lifetime
• USB WiFi Adapter
In the amazon box, you get a CPU and power cable. The CPU is not well packaged, which concerned me about the damage but luckily it is in good condition. And yes as this is a renewed product it has some scratches on the cabinet.
For the first-time startup, it took around 5 min because of the OS installed on the Hard Disk. Even after starting up disk usage was 100% causing lag to do other tasks. After about 30-45 min every thing settled and on I did some testing and benchmarks.
For the confirmation/verification of the advertised specs, I open the system properties and BIOS & everything was OK, the specs are the same. But the real problem here is all the hardware- processor motherboard, HDD, DVD is in used condition and has a manufacturing date of 2011. After doing some tests I found that my system was already used for 811 days (screenshot attached). So I decided to ask for a replacement(within 24 hours), but then what, I cant find an option for nor return either replacement which we generally find in any regular orders. The only option I was getting is to “ Get product support” which provides a contact number of the seller. I tried that number several times but it just keep on ringing.
Final conclusion for this kind of renewed product is “Chala to chand tak warna raat tak” Will update the review if find any new information to share.
